1/2cClams, Minced, OR
6 1/2ozClams, Minced, Well Drained
1cCream Cheese, Softened
1/8tsHot Sauce
1tsLemon Juice
1/4tsWorcestershire Sauce
2tbClam Juice
1tbChili Sauce
1tbOnion Juice

Blend the clams, clam juice, and cream cheese to a smooth consistency. Add all of the other ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Carrots, Fennel, Zucchini, Wheat Crackers.
